Attendance Brochure

As a parent you want your child to always be feeling their best for school and when they are not feeling very well it can be confusing to decide whether they should go to school or not.
This guide will help you understand what illnesses you should keep your child home from school for and what actions you should take so that your child feels better and communication with the school is effective. All absences (year 7-11) should be called through to the school on 0121 378 1288 Option 1 for attendance before 8am. Sixth form absences should be reported on 0121 378 1288 Option 5.

Permission to Administer Medicine

Where ever possible we encourage students to take their medication at home before the school day and on their return.  Where this is not possible and you require your child to receive medication during the school day, please complete and return the attached form in the link below.
